Frequently asked questions
Dream Assistant HomeA little clarity.
A better start.
What to expect from your assistant, the team behind them, and the way we’ll work together.
01The service
What is a Dream Assistant?
A strategic partner trained specifically to support high-performing SaaS, RevOps, and GTM leaders. Unlike a traditional virtual assistant, they anticipate needs, spot inefficiencies, and solve problems before they land on your desk. Think of them as an executive assistant, personal assistant, and strategic partner in one.
How is Dream Assistant different from other VA services?
Three things. Rigorous selection: only 0.5% of applicants make it through our process. Specialized GTM training: our assistants understand Salesforce hygiene, SOW creation, rate cards, and your tech stack. And a proactive approach: they anticipate what you need rather than waiting for instructions.
What work can I delegate?
Inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, presentations, expense tracking, Salesforce hygiene and custom reporting, SOW creation, rate card updates, accounts receivable, project management, and special initiatives. Assistants are trained to take whole categories of work off your plate, not just individual tasks. We agree the specific scope together.
02Getting started
How quickly can my assistant start?
Onboarding is built for speed. Once you’re signed up, we send a five-minute onboarding form and schedule your kickoff call, where you meet your matched assistant. They typically begin within two to three working days — with no lengthy training period on your side.
Will my assistant work in my time zone?
Yes. We establish your preferred working hours during onboarding and align support with your schedule, so your assistant is available when you need them most. We accommodate standard business hours across the US, Europe, and Australia.
Is part-time support available?
Yes. Part-time support is four hours a day, and full-time support is eight hours a day, Monday through Friday. We help you decide which rhythm suits the work you want to delegate.
03Quality & continuity
How are assistants trained and supported?
Every assistant completes an intensive four-week training program designed for fast-paced GTM environments. Their development continues through coaching, weekly all-hands, monthly one-on-ones, and account manager support.
What happens when my assistant is away?
We assign a backup assistant who stays current on your processes, so coverage is seamless during any absence. Handoff expectations are agreed as part of your working arrangement.
How will I know what’s getting done?
Your weekly report covers completed tasks, work in progress, and what’s next. Quarterly feedback helps us review what’s working and what to improve.
What if my assistant isn’t the right fit?
It rarely happens thanks to careful matching, but working style matters. Tell us, and we’ll match you with another assistant at no additional cost.
04Pricing & terms
How much does it cost?
Packages are based on your needs and the level of support you want. Full-time support starts at $3,520 a month. You experience the full service first during a free 14-day trial, with no obligation — and since clients typically reclaim 20+ hours a week, the return is substantial.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. After your free 14-day trial, we work month to month with no long-term contract. Most clients stay for years anyway: on average, around five.
How do I start my free 14-day trial?
Book a quick 15-minute call about the challenges you want to hand off, and we’ll match you with the right assistant. No credit card is required, and there’s no obligation to continue after the trial.
